We offer bookkeeping and payroll services to our small business tax clients. If you are ready to engage Pacific Northwest Tax Service to provide tax preparation services to your small business and would also like to our staff to provide payroll or bookkeeping services for your business, then please download and complete the appropriate documents shown at the bottom of this page.
Please note: Bookkeeping and payroll services are provided only to our tax clients. If you do not want to engage PNW Tax to prepare your personal or business tax returns, then we are not able to provide payroll or bookkeeping services to you.
For bookkeeping services, complete and sign our Bookkeeping Services Engagement & Retainer Authorization Letter and return it to us. This document is available as a downloadable PDF file at the bottom of this webpage.
Payroll Services Forms
For payroll services, complete the following documents and return them to us:
- Payroll Services Agreement
- Payroll Services Questionnaire
- If you do not have an EIN and want us to obtain one for you, please also complete Form SS4 Application for EIN and Authorization to Apply for an EIN.
Payroll Timesheet
Payroll clients can use our Payroll Timesheet to provide us with employee hours worked.
Other Payroll Forms
For each employee you hire, you must also verify that the employee is legally allowed to work. Have the employee complete Form I9 and keep that document with your permanent employee records.
All employers are required to carry workers' compensation insurance. Contact your insurance agent or visit the SAIF website for employer coverage information and to obtain coverage.
