Born and raised in Portland, Rachel worked her way through college, receiving her AAS in business administration and management from Mt. Hood Community College in 2015. Her background employment includes property management, food processing and distribution, and working for schools. Rachel is currently attending Portland State University to obtain her bachelor’s in Business Administration -- Management and Leadership.

In her spare time, Rachel loves to do anything tea related, including growing and making her own tea.
